My points don't seem to be accruing, jackpot details not updating on the website. Is the user experience being maintained anymore or is there just something wrong with what I'm seeing from my end?
Your points are all being counted and accrued in the background, but due to a delay in the jackpot process, the charts on the website are not showing this. For instance, the "Total points - this jackpot" number on your dashboard reflects all points earned in the previous jackpot period, while all new points being earned are applying to a new jackpot period.
Once the previous jackpot is closed out, the charts on the website will update to reflect all points earned since that period ended.
By way of further context, we've had a change in management at Charity Engine, with the GridRepublic team (who developed and operated the site since the start) taking over also the business side of things. So it's been a bit bumpy as we try to put humpty dumpty back together again.
Btw, one open question we have is the balance of volunteer interest among prize draws, charity donations, and using their compute resources to power science. (Note: we've observed that most users never even sign up for prize draws, leading us to think other priorities are higher for volunteers.)
– In any case, we'll definitely be awarding the prior prize draw (the one gumming up the works for you and others), and also the currently running draw, both at the same time at the end of February.
Btw, another update: a user reported an issue with their draw entries, which has now been resolved. So if interested, please check again to confirm the correctness of your entry numbers. – Per the news page, the list of entries for the upcoming draw ishere.

Just a head's up: as posted to the news page, the draw is now scheduled to start Tuesday (March 17).
