Earning points but not getting entered in draws/jackpots

Hi, 

I've been active on Charity Engine for many months now, but still on the "Entry Numbers" tab of my account page it says that my Jackpot ID and Entry Numbers for the last period (Jun 18 - Sept 13) are "pending".

Also, according to my Dashboard, I have zero points in the current jackpot.

This is despite having been active throughout the relevant jackpot period (and for many months before that).

Indeed, since setting up the account I've not been in one jackpot, and it's not clear what the problem is.

Can you please confirm that I am indeed in the draw or, if not, explain what the problem is and how it will be fixed?

Andreas, thank you for reporting this issue. Looking into your account, I see that there was a bug introduced by performance updates that left some accounts disconnected from the stats registration process, which is tied into determining eligibility for the draws. You have accumulated many points, but due to the bug they were being held back.

The good news is that these points are not lost and will be applied to the current drawing period. They should have been applied to the prior period, as you note, so I'm sorry that was delayed.

Now that the problem has been fixed, it will take a day or so for the automated processes to update your account and then you should see an appropriate change to "Total points - this jackpot" on your Dashboard. I will likewise check back to be sure everything is in order.

It's now been 6 days and nothing seems to have changed. Could there be in fact something else that's causing the problem?

I see. It has changed on the back end, but "this jackpot" is still referring to the previous drawing, which has become a bit stale. Let me look into this further to see if there's anything to do other than wait.
