When signing up it went perfectly fine. I then log into my account on the Web and try to log into the application. It comes up with Login Failed check username and password. Bare in mind that I have copy pasted and manual typed out the info required and tried to change both. This leads no no difference in the result.

Can you clarify what you mean by "log into the application"?

-- During signup, e.g. upon first run of the desktop software? At some later date?

-- Also: [1] are you using the installer provided from out website, or from some other source? [2] MacOS or Windows?

Thanks --

As soon as I launch the Aplication on Windows it asks me to sign in to my Charity Engine Account. Saying "We are not able to set up your account information automatically." I tru the password I have and by doing the previous above resetting and such. For some reason what ever my password is it always says my password is 8 digits. For example. My last password was ForsakenC1y86. Yet when I go to password screen it has 8 *'s.

Are you entering a name or email address with the password when the application launches? You have to enter the email address you used to sign up, though it may ask for username... the email is your username. Hopefully that's all it is.

And it's fine that it only shows 8 *'s when you change your password (as the system doesn't even know exactly what your password is, for security).

Ok, I'm glad to hear it! That is an unnecessary point of confusion, for sure. The next release of the software will actually get rid of that login step in most cases, we just didn't quite get it released in time for you!
