I'm just wondering .. if I use the "Projects" View, select a Project (e.g. FIND@home), then hit the "Update" button .. will that in any way compromise the CE points I'm earning?
In a like vein, if I select "Tools", then "Sychronize with Charity Engine" .. will that do any damage?
By way of context-- points are updated in bunches (e.g. when chunks of work get done on your machine and later validated on our servers). So sometimes you'll see your points total increase when you "update", and other times not.
