Unlike typical apps that are downloaded, run to completion, and uploaded for credit, ce11 operates as a sort of wrapper for other very short tasks. It sits idle for the most part, other than regularly checking for new work. When it gets work, ce11 will complete it in a matter of seconds and upload the results. Note also that credit is not awarded when ce11 has nothing to do, so if you aren't seeing any credit, it's likely that it just isn't busy yet.
