well since you ask people to verify their entries, I think it is a good idea.
Draws are generally 2-3 months apart. That's getting 4-6 emails a year. It is not that much.
Too much? I actually said to myself "whoa, an e-mail from CE, this must actually be important since they don't bombard me with garbage!"
