I have been sitting around for nearly 2 weeks, with no talk about when or if the Jack Pot will be happening. I know 9 users had messed up and all, but I don't think that it should take this long. It not that I'm expecting to win; it’s just that seeing the bar stuck at 100% with it counting in the background it is depressing.
It would just help all of us if you would be quicker on the turn around process.
It's taking longer than we thought to fix, apologies.
If it's not sorted within the next two days, we'll do the draw anyway. The missing users' points will rollover into the next draw so they don't lose out.
