I rejoined charityengine a while back now since i could easily get attached with the account manager (was bugged when i joined first some months ago)
I did some work on my machines but after a week my total points are 0
Also the work i did at start of charityengine ( with the charity engine client alone since back then the manager was bugged) doesn't show up as points.
I already wrote a support ticket some days before but i wanted to check if someone can give me a glue.
This should be fixed next time your client checks in with Charity Engine. If you don't see credit by the time you read this, you can manually sync your client (Tools -> Synchronize with Charity Engine) and see if that does it.
No problem. I set a flag so that your account would re-sync with the project servers, so that's why this last synchronization with the account manager was different than the times you've tried before.
