When is the drawing progress meter reset from 100%?

The progress meter remains at 100% after the close of the drawing period until the prize is claimed.  In case the winner is ineligible another drawing is immediatly conducted.

What does this mean for my points?

All points generated after the close of the previous drawing period while the meter is at 100% are tracked in the background.  Upon the meter reset from 100%, the total of these points tracked is reflected in the new progress of the meter.  It is not uncommon for the meter to be reset and display 10% or more.
